Abelia
Abelia x AUDEROSE ® 'Minaud'

Characteristics:
Obtained by Pépinières MINIER - European P.B.R.
This is a new particularly hardy variety (down to - 15° C). In contrast to its parent plant 'Edward Goucher', its foliage is evergreen and turns purple in winter.
Of medium growth, it presents a bushy shape, dense and spreading.
Height: 1.50 m to 2.50 m Width: 1.00 m to 2.00 m
The flowering from June to September is abundant and lightly fragrant. The corollas colour, a violet shade of pink, is enhanced by the purple tint of the calyx and the plants shiny foliage.

Uses:
Abelia likes all types of soil, in preference light, and a sunny position is very suitable.
Because of its delicate flowers all through the summer and its evergreen foliage during the winter,
AUDEROSE ® is the ideal shrub to embellish a flower border or a medium high hedge. It grows equally well in pots.
Cut back at the end of winter.
