PRIM'WHITE ® is selected from a seedling
of Hydrangea paniculata 'Dharuma'. Very early flowering (the end of May or June
depending on the climate) this shrub produces elegant white slightly flat flower
panicles. The abundant sterile flowers have large sepals that begin cream and

This is a small variety with fine grey-green wood, pale green foliage
and markedly red petioles. Well branched, it has a more regular form and better
vegetation than its parent.

Like other varieties of Hydrangea it prefers a humus rich soil but can adapt to
other soil types. It grows well in sun or part-shade.
® from the range of H. paniculata for its
compact form and early flowering. Outstanding from late spring, it is recommended
for any small garden or can be planted in groups in parks or public spaces. It
can be grown in a pot if well maintained.
This new selection flowers on the
previous year's wood so it should be pruned after flowering and not in winter.
Remove the dead flowers or cut back harder to keep the shrub small.
