 Leycesteria 'Notbruce' GOLDEN LANTERNS

This vigorous variety has a dense and very ramified shape, with delicate and slender wood. Its height is between 1.80 and 2.00 m.
Its foliage is semi-evergreen in regions with mild winters and is particularly remarkable throughout spring and summer. The young shoots have a red tint, the leaves stay golden for a long time and become light green in summer.
GOLDEN LANTERNS are covered abundant clusters of flowers with light pink petals turning to white and very decorative dark red sepals which turn into numerous very ornamental dark red fructifications with purplish black berries. The fruit are long lasting in the autumn.

Use:
Hardy, it likes well-drained soil and a sunny to slightly shaded position,
GOLDEN LANTERNS embellish shrub areas from spring to the end of autumn. It can also be used as a hedging plant.
