Plants - European P.B.R.
This variety of laurel with elegant branches,
naturally reaches a height of 1.5 to 2m and a spread of 1 to 1.5m, all the while
keeping its compact shape. However ETNA ®
can be pruned without any problems and its height can be reduced to 0.8m.
It grows well in containers.
The coppery young shoots are decorative and contrast
well with the dark green foliage, which is evergreen.
The creamy white flowers
are followed by deep violet berries.
It is frost hardy.
ETNA
® received the gold medal at the Plantarium 1994.
Uses:
Adapted to all
soil types, ETNA ® can be planted as
a specimen, in beds and is particularly suitable for low hedges.
