To decorate small areas, generous flowers in the spring and purple foliage in the autumn.

Description

MELEE D'OR ® is compact and upright.
The flowering season is late, in March - April, depending on the region and climate. Flowers are abundant of a light yellow.
The light green foliage is spaced geometrically along the stem, thus giving the shrub a remarkable architecture. Its purple autumn colouring is interesting and original.
Having been cultivated to fit into small areas, the three varieties BOUCLE D'OR ®, CASQUE D'OR ® and MÊLEE D'OR ® can also be planted in containers and flower boxes to embellish balconies and terraces. The compact and upright shape of MELÉE D'OR ® is suitable for low hedges.

Care

Pruning is reduced to a minimum, every 3 to 4 years, after flowering, these varieties can also be cut with shears.
