SAPHYRA ® Duo Rose is well ramified, bushy, supple and slightly climbing. Its foliage is abundant.
In June, the plant is covered in two-tone stars of more than 10 cm in diameter; the petals are pink, the centre of the flower, fuchsia. The stamens are also deep pink. A second, slightly less abundant flowering follows in September. This duo of pink blends perfectly with vivacious plants or low shrubs.
Cutting back hard in early spring is necessary. To encourage a second flowering, pinch off from time to time.

The SAPHYRA ® range is perfectly suitable for landscaped areas and smaller gardens alike.
The plants are short and well ramified. Their growth is moderate and they can be used in low structured plantations (maximum height 1,50 m) or as ground cover, together with shrubs and perennial plants for example.
They bloom profusely from May to September-October in sun or partial shade.
These are strong and easy plants, with excellent resistance to disease and frost, and suitale to be cut back mechanically (cut back to 20 cm from the ground, the new stems will grow naturally).
