From July to September, the flowers of WHITE CHIFFON are white with a slightly cream coloured heart.
This selection is suitable as single plant or in shrub borders and associates harmoniously with the other varieties of the CHIFFON range, a valued asset to the summer decor of any garden.
Cut back hard at the end of winter (only leave 3 or 4 buds per stem), to favour abundant flowering. Cutting it short, also allows to keep the shrub in moderate dimensions.
The varieties of the CHIFFON range with partially petal-shaped flowers of about 10 centimeters in diameter, have a "mousseline de soie" appearance (CHIFFON in English), which gives the plant elegance and lightness.
The wilted flowers don't stay on the plant, they drop off. As early as single flowered Hibiscus, these cultivations with abundant summer flowers are particularly ornamental in the summer.
Vigorous, these Hibiscus, 2 to 3 m high and 1 to 2 m in diameter, are interesting as they keep their branched-out shape. Three varieties: CHINA, LAVENDER and WHITE CHIFFON are distributed by SAPHO.
