Happy New Year!
The Sapho team 🐞
To present the colour of the year 2026, Pantone posted the following headline on its website in early December:
Introducing Pantone Color of the Year 2026, PANTONE 11-4201 Cloud Dancer, a lofty white that serves as a symbol of calming influence in a society rediscovering the value of quiet reflection. A billowy white imbued with serenity, PANTONE 11-4201 Cloud Dancer encourages true relaxation and focus, allowing the mind to wander and creativity to breathe, making room for innovation"
For all garden lovers, this definition by Pantone is obvious. It spontaneously echoes one of the definitions often cited to describe a private or public garden: a place of serenity, a cocoon, a place to recharge your batteries in the whirlwind of life.
So here's a great opportunity to make this 2026 colour your own! Either as a ‘year-round white garden’ or as a backdrop, combined with subtle pastel colours or, conversely, highlighting bright colours. (see the Pantone blog) It's up to you!
We invite you to dive into the Sapho range of varieties, ‘plantes de bonne nature'’* selected for their agronomic and aesthetic qualities, some examples of which we present here.
